Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges, Lost/damaged, and Missing items packages Policy

 

Eligible items have a 30-day return policy. Returns that are requested after this period will not be accepted.

To initiate a return: please contact us at support@nekopew.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your purchase. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Items damaged in transit, Items lost in transit.

Generally, we will refund items that have been damaged in transit or that have been declared lost by the courier.
